This seminar will feature keynote lectures from experienced technical SAMR experts specializing in infant formula and FSMP registration. These experts have been invited in collaboration with our partner, the Technology Innovation Center of Special Food, State Administration of Market Regulation (TISF, SAMR)—the only SAMR-designated innovation center for special food in China.
The seminar will provide valuable insights into key regulatory topics and industry best practices, offering a unique opportunity to gain the latest updates on China’s regulatory developments related to infant formula and FSMP.

The seminar is aimed at European Infant, Older Infant and Toddler milk-based formula and FSMP producers who wish to stay up to date on relevant regulations and standards in China, and ensure their current and future product portfolio can comply with Chinese regulatory requirements.
The content is fitting for people preferably already familiar with the Chinese Infant Formula and FSMP product standards and SAMR registration process, and seek to become updated.

SEMINAR SPEAKERS & LANGUAGE
The seminar will be conducted by senior experts with experience in the inspection and registration of infant formula and FSMP in China. Below are the experts we have invited:
- Jinbao YANG— Formula registration and on-site inspection expert for special foods at SAMR. Chief Advisor for Food Standards and Testing Technology at the Heilongjiang Institute of Green Food Science.
- Yanming GUAN— Formula registration and on-site inspection expert for special foods at SAMR. Director of the General Office, Standards Information R&D Department, China National Research Institute of Food & Fermentation Industries.
- Yongwei FENG— Deputy Director of Wuxi Food Safety Inspection and Testing Center. Member of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Special Foods (TC466), and a founding contributor of the SAMR Technology Innovation Center Special Food.
- Qiutao GAO— Special Advisor at the SAMR Technology Innovation Center of Special Food. Former R&D Director at international dairy companies, with extensive international auditing experience in FSMP and IF enterprises.
