We are pleased to announce that EFT has received its updated 2026 CNAS accreditation scope.
Highlight 1:
EFT's CNAS-accredited scope now encompasses the complete range of microbiological and physicochemical testing parameters required for infant formula, enabling us to offer clients a more comprehensive, one-stop testing solution.
The following GB methods have been newly incorporated into our accredited scope:
Microbiology:
Salmonella spp. | Cronobacter spp. | Staphylococcus aureus | Bacillus cereus | Folic acid (microbiological assay)
Physicochemical & Nutritional Parameters:
Chlorate | Perchlorate | L-Carnitine
Microbiological testing requires strict sampling conditions and can be affected by transport environments. If you have microbiological testing needs, please reach out to our lab — we respond quickly and deliver results within 10 working days.
Highlight 2:
GB test methods for fat, nitrite/nitrate, protein, heavy metals/minerals, and vitamin C have been revised in line with the latest national standards.
Our regulatory affairs team is also available to provide the latest guidance on method version compliance.
This achievement reflects our continued investment in technical capability and our commitment to supporting the industry with reliable, internationally recognized testing services.
